What are MODA's office hours?

MODA's leasing office is open Monday through Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10-5pm, and Sunday 12-5pm.

What do my rent installments include?

Rent installments for MODA include full maintenance, high-speed internet, trash, recycling, and access to all of our onsite amenities.

How do I pay my rent installments and when are they due?

Rent installments are paid through our resident portal, which you will have an individual log in for, and are due on the 1st of each month.

Is parking available?

Yes! Reserved parking is available in our community parking garage for an additional monthly fee. Contact our leasing office to check availability.

Internet, trash, and pest control are included in your rent! Electricity and water will be billed separately.

All leases are binding and are subject to full payment over the lease term. However, in the event that plans change, we offer reletting. Please contact our leasing office for more details about our relet process.

Are the units furnished?

We offer both furnished and unfurnished units. For current pricing and availability, please contact our leasing office – we’d be happy to assist you!

How do I receive mail and packages?

Your mail will be delivered to our mailroom on the first floor where each resident will have access via their personal key fob. Larger packages will be held on site by our staff and will be available at our leasing office.

Are you pet-friendly?

At MODA, your pets are always welcome, and we even offer a pet park and spa! There is a $350 one-time fee per pet, plus $25/month pet rent. Please contact us for more details.

What kind of security does MODA provide?

To provide peace of mind for students and parents, MODA takes the following security measures:
Surveillance Cameras – MODA features an extensive security camera network throughout the building and parking garage.
Controlled Access – MODA provides residents with fob access to all exterior doors, amenity doors, and elevators. Additionally, each unit has electronic key access to all front doors and traditional key access to individual bedroom doors.
After-Hours Courtesy Officers – MODA also provides professional, on-call security after hours if required.

The CARE Network, coordinated by Clemson’s Office of Advocacy and Success, provides personalized support by helping students identify their needs and connect with campus and community resources. If you’re concerned about a Clemson student, we encourage you to submit a referral so the CARE team can reach out and assist.
